Default Deep Stacks - Flopped Broadway - Multiple street analysis

Villian is passive preflop and postflop over 200 hands. I should appear sLAG.

Let's discuss bet sizing here.

OOP on the flop, I don't see myself betting less than pot here. This is the dream pot and of course I want to get all in. The question is did i bet too little?

Turn changes a lot. Either that card beats me or it kills a lot of action on hands that will pay me.

River action?

Bet $35 on river.

I bet closer to $20 here. I'm guessing he's on a FD, and if not, 35 isn't too likely to get called by alot that isn't a chop/full house.

He hasn't played this like someone who hit a set or two pair on the flop. I have to agree, this is a push.

I think you can check raise all in on this river.

Reason is, we need to give the busted FD a chance to bluff at the pot.

any Q is calling your push. Boats are calling your push.

Both these hands are also betting the river.

A naked King isnt calling your push. neither is a busted FD.

So, we can guarantee a bet from any hand that calls. Can guarantee a fold from any hand that checks. So we can increase our value by checking to induce a bluff and raising all in here.

I keep forgetting this hand wasn't 3bet preflop.

Should I have bet more on the turn? Does it matter?

I ended up betting 33 on the river. JT smooth called saving me the rest of my stack. That was one passive dude. I wouldve most likely called a push because of the lone Q's I sometime pick off as you guys mentioned.

I feel like I should have given some villians a chance to bluff a missed flush and check raised the river but it appears this villian was way to weak passive for that. I definitely didn't have that read at the time though. So I think check raise is the right play.

I think your play is fine. I def wouldn't push on river though. I'd say bet 35 and fold to a push.
