Default Satalite Rebuy Strat?

When does it become wrong to take an addon in a sat at the break?

I'm in the 39+R w/ the chip lead 38 left 19 payed. An addon gives me 20% more chips.

This is a no-add-on situation right? What's the general rule?

I'm interested in what others think, but that would be a rare time that I wouldn't take a rebuy. Because the addon is a sixth (ie 15ish%) of the prize, taking an addon is +EV if it improves your chances by more than on 15%. Here I somehow doubt this is the case as you only need to get through 19 more people, and you can achieve that through good play during the second phase of the tournament. I think if the rebuy was a somewhat lower percentage of the prize (ie $10-20) then taking the addon is a must, but I personally wouldn't take one here.

What do others think?

Bump because I am interested in what the best strategy is here, as I am often faced with this decision myself.
