Hello All,

I'm back and yes I have more information to help you all with the frustrations with ePassporte.

One of the managers in charge of operations name is Annelies Manuel. Her email is annelies.manuel@epassporte.com and she has sucessfully helped me with my account. She is very nice and can ususally get an answer within 24 hours for sure.

If she is not availible you might be able to get in touch with Fabiana Tice and her email is the same format as above.

what type of 'problem' were you having that she helped with? can she get your limits increased past select plan before the 3 month wait period?
i doubt she wants hundreds of emails from 2p2ers who 'havent received their micro deposits' yet...

She doesn't mind. She can answer questions about microdeposits, payouts,and more. She cares about helping customers. It's fine, if you feel uncomfortable emailing her then just email their general support.
