i dont know if this issues been addressed already but for a 6max player, these percentages should be inflated since they're playing in the blinds more often and stealing occurs much more frequently, right? so how much % do i add to each range to reflect the true range at a 6max table

Great post Pokey! As always, I enjoyed reading it, especially this part amused me:

Against a passive calling station this means "I have two cards. Look! Spades are pretty. I like pie."

Nice post pokey but one aside on the different levels of thinking. According to Sklansky in NLHTAP, Zero level thinking is when you only think about your hand, 1st level thinking is when you think about your opponents hand and what he may have and 2nd level thinking is what you think your opponents think you may have.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, I was also quite surprised that Sklansky got that wrong.

[/ QUOTE ]

NLTP also mentions that "what do I have" is 1st level, but then goes on to refer to it as 0th level.

Technically 0 level thinking would be that episode of The Office (US ed) where Phyllis doesn't realize her own cards and stacks Kevin.

Logging in with the the sole purpose of posting heart emoticon feels really dumb, but this post was so good I can't resist.
