Default Whats the 2nd most popular game after Hold em?

Ive played NLHE for a while now. Im looking for something different, but not something obscure.I like razz but ive never seen it spread live, and only at ftp online. I go to the casino's in mississippi all the time and would like to play something besides nlhe. Limit he is by far the most popular game there, but I'm looking for something non-holdem based.

Ive recently tried plo and like the game. But is that my best choice? Is stud still very popular? low ball?
I want to go into a room and not feel like i have to play HE, or wait 4 hours for an obscure game to start. Opinions?

Because they are so technical (thus a bad player makes mistakes more frequently), the split games, o8 and Stud8, are challenging and profitable.
I would suggest limit omaha high/low as a nice second game to learn.

I think it depends on where you live. In Cali, Omaha/8 is the 2nd most popular. Apparently on the East Coast, Stud and Stud/8 are more popular. If you live in Europe, PLO more popular than O/8 or Stud.

It depends where you are from. Europe, for instance, is really high on Omaha.

You may want to try some split games like Omaha 8 or better.

Try OMAHA PL.

Stud is always great though.
