Villian has only been at my table for 30 hands. Seems loose preflop, havent seen anything significant postflop.

I'd fold. I don't think many people do this with a draw or worse made hand.

ive seen many people check sets on flop, smooth call and then raise turn so I'd say fold.

Baluga Theorem, I think. He could be doing this with TT-QQ, though. It's a little bit of a judgement call. But against an unknown I generally tend to fold here.
