Default NL200 - KK gets checkraised on Q-high flop

Villain is about 19/16 and I haven't seen him do anything unusual. Does he have AQ, QQ, KK, AA, or AK?

Or maybe do you think your flop bet size induced a c/r from a weaker hand? Because I think that's a possibility too. If you had bet $35 or so, that's not a factor.

A half-pot cbet in a reraised pot without any draws on the flop is pretty standard, no? I used to bet closer to pot and was told by people here that it bloats the pot too much for one pair and forces you allin on the turn, which makes sense. It occurred to me that he might be trying to push me off AK and this made me more inclined to push since he could have JJ or TT maybe.
