i think your play on turn/river is inconsistent. i can't imagine capping the turn only to c/c the river because 3 to a flush hit. 3-bet on the turn should be the key that it was time to call down. i also hate your flop play, sometimes I will lead here, sometimes I'm gonna check raise. i'm rarely slowplaying here until the turn.

I think failing to checkraise the flop is an error. Your turn cap is a bit spewy imo. He might have a worse 4 once in awhile but given the strength you've shown with your play I think that you are beat more often.
