You must call the flop raise though, even when you figure he has a T, perhaps KT.

I'm afraid of when he has better than a ten, and when I'm counterfited. That's why I'm folding. This player is so passive that I need to improve nearly 100% of the time to win.

Please, you have 53 hands on him and it's a blind steal situation. You can't fold to a flop raise when you have 4 or 5 outs. (this is what SSHE would call a marginal flop call)
