Re: Absolute Checks via FedEx?????
I think you are 100% correct with the theory that they dont want to cash out rackback/affiliate payments right away. I talked to live support twice last night and each time they told me that fedex delivery was still an option even though it didnt come up on the withdraw screen.
Then today I received this email... Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry for this inconvenience this may have caused you but we are only processing checks via regular mail , but you don't have to pay any fees at all ,we'll cover them for you. Your check payment has already been completed and sent for delivery through regular mail. Delivery time for checks is 15 business days. Your check will arrive anytime within that time period. If you haven’t received your check by then, please contact us back in order to further assist. So you would think that my regular check is in the mail right? Well... thats wrong. I log into my absolute account and the money is now back in my account... WTF Absolute... That place is a total [censored] joke... |

Re: Absolute Checks via FedEx?????
My most recent convo with live support... They actually admitted that they dont want RB/affiliates to be able to quickly cash out. This is UNBELIVABLE
Welcome to Absolute! An online representative will be with you shortly. You are number 1 in the queue. Your wait time will be approximately 0 minute(s) and 4 seconds. Thank you for waiting. You are now chatting with 'Jacky' Jacky: Hello, thank you for contacting Absolute! How may I assist you? you: I talked to you last night and you told me that you were still offering check delivery via fedex you: that apparently is not the case now you: whats the deal? you: i think i actually talked and asked you this same exact question twice Jacky: We stopped offering FEDEX today... Jacky: We offered FEDEX but today it changed... you: why did it change? is it because you just release rackback and affiliate payments? Jacky: We had to make some momentaneous changes... you: Are you ever going to offer fedex delivery again? Jacky: Most likely... Probably in a week... you: So is the reason due to your recent payments of affiliate and rackback accounts? you: You dont want these people cashing out quickly... correct? Jacky: Correct! you: at least you admit it Jacky: We really want to give you our best service sir... Jacky: We can offer you two ways to withdraw right now... you: well delaying my affiliate cashout by basically a month is not in MY best interest Jacky: A month? Why was that? you: the payment was late you: i got it on the 13th you: now your telling me 20 business days to get a normal check you: that = a month Jacky: I see... Jacky: Don;t you have an Epassporte account? you: yeah i do... and i just made my first deposit onto your site yesterday you: in order to get everything running you: now i wait 48 more hours untill i can request a cashout now you: this is a total joke you: oh yeah and epassport takes another 7-8 business days untill they can get the funds from them to my bank you: so 2 weeks there you: and i cant even process the cashout now for 2 more days Jacky: I see... you: another question Jacky: And I apologize for the inconvenience... you: i requested my fedex check yesterday you: but you changed your policy today you: so why do i get screwed? Jacky: Because your cash out had not been processed. It takes 48 hours to be processed. you: hhahahahahaha you: ok you: you win you: thanks for tieing up my money for a month you: i appeciate it you: your company is amazing Jacky: Believe me I really apologize for all this inconvenience... you: you could care less you: that is clear you: i am posting our conversation on 2+2 forums you: have a good day Jacky: Same for you! Jacky: Thank you for visiting. Please contact us at anytime. |

Re: Absolute Checks via FedEx?????
Honestly, I wish I had never even done any affilate work for this joke of a [censored] company. Getting money off of this site has turned into the biggest [censored] hassel of all time.
DO NOT PLAY ON ABSOLUTE... THEY ARE A TOTAL JOKE OF A COMPANY |

Re: Absolute Checks via FedEx?????
My new theory...they are running an experiment to figure out how much they can screw their customers and still have them return to the site. It is the only explanation for the [censored] they do.

Re: Absolute Checks via FedEx?????
I think it has more to do with their lack of liquidity. They are trying to discourage withdrawls and keep afloat at our expense.

"Jacky: Believe me I really apologize for all this inconvenience..."
I've heard this so many times it's losing its meaning. |

Re: Absolute Checks via FedEx?????
You guys are hilarious. Chill out a bit - Absolute will pay you. I've been playing there (among many other places) for years and haven't ever had any issues with a cashout. I'm sure that the Fedex delay is temporary, but I always use regular mail anyways...especially since AP isn't charging for the regular mail checks now. I made a request last Wednesday and received the check yesterday...cashed no problem.
Given the state of payments in the industry right now, I feel completely comfortable at Absolute, especially considering how long I've been waiting on Full Tilt for my check (January). Bashing an obviously confused support rep isn't going to do you any good, so relax a little bit and take the payment via another method...you will get paid. |

Re: Absolute Checks via FedEx?????
I used to feel secure at AP...but with all the recent changes, and more importantly, the momentous collapse in customer support, it makes me worry.
And it is a coincidence that both last month AND this month the fedex checks were mysteriously removed at the time that RB was paid. |
