Default Moneybookers account locked?

I have a moneybookers account and they've locked it and are requiring me to send in a "VERIFIED" licensed notary. I mailed this to them and have not had my account unlocked. They are not responding to emails either. Just wondering if anyone else had this happen and if they'd gotten a response from moneybookers.

They are known for very bad suport over email it can take over a weak just to answer a simple question. So if I were you I would call them.

Interested to see if MB is following the Neteller line (for whatever reason).

Just as Gorjanc says - their support is very slow. It's not bad, they are fair and they are never rude or arrogant. Just slow. Number one online wallet for sure, I needed support only 2 times in last few years and it was never urgent.

I asked MB 3-4 rather tricky questions yesterday and received a reply within 12 hours.

And a nice well-written reply that answered my questions in details.

Yes, their reply to my, not so trivial questions (regarding protection of privacy and taxes) was very detailed and it was obvious it wasn't canned. They are very professional.
