Default MTT Terminology. help

Although i've been a poster on here for some time now, I still have a couple of bits of terminology that i'm not sure i know what they mean. So please could someone fill me in (i'll take a guess):-

1. Stop 'n' Go - is that a call pre flop followed by an instant pot size bet on the flop no matter what it contains?

2. 'Jam' - shove ?

help much appreciated

Stop N go is when one of the blinds just calls a raise or checks rather than pushing pre-flop and then pushes all in on every flop. It should be used when the blind does not have enough of a chip stack to have fold equity pre-flop, but might get opponents who miss the flop to fold on the flop when the blind goes all in.

I think Jam is to bet forcefuly (which could include all ins). On the pokerroom.com website they define a jam as a pot where several players are raising. It might depend upon the context. Most MTTers say shove or push if they mean go all in.
