Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Tournament
Blinds: t25/t50
9 players
Converter

Pre-flop: (9 players) Hero is MP3 with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
4 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to t150</font>, 2 folds, SB calls t125 <font color="aaaaaa">(pot was t225)</font>, BB folds.

Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (t350, 2 players)
<font color="#cc0000">SB bets t350</font>, Hero??

I have 1440 to start the hand and sb has 1450.

I don't have any reads.

What's sb hand range here and what's your play?

Edited to include stack sizes.

i dont play this high but whats the reason for raising MP w/ such a raggy hand this early in the game. I would just fold pf besides that just insat muck ur open ended theres no use in wasting any more chips this early.

stacks are prob relevant, but considering a) i dont see how the preflop raise is good considering what information we do have and b) this flop is really bad for your draw, as is the bet that youre facing id say folding is probably prudent here

I'd raise to 850 or something. he could have a wide range of hands here and a 9 could be a clean out for you.

definitely shove flop... no one donks a real hand for obvious reasons and you have a ton of equity if called. this bluff doesnt have to work that often and it will.

now that i see stacks...muh, this shove would have to be based in major fold equity.
