I honestly think many of you are misreading or just trying really hard to find pieces in the Ombudsmans posts you can bash. I seriously think the Ombudsman has been sincere from the first post in this thread. The service is rather new, so I think it's unfair to judge it too harshly now. Obviously there are issues that have to be handled, but from the responses here I really feel OnGame is going in the right direction.
And isn't Ombudsman a scandinavian word? It certainly sounds that way.
