weekly TLB winner Strategy

What kind of tourneys and how many tourneys do you have to play to have a shot "weekly TLB winner" on Stars?

You'll have to play (and place high in) many (maybe hundreds) of smaller buy in tourneys or do really well in the higher buy in tourneys. I'm about 70th for the yearly tlb, but have never come close to winning the the weekly... and I play many 20 or more hours every week.

The 100 freezeouts and 20/180s are good for accumulating points.
Smaller fields mean you are more likely to get deep more often.

Yeah but more than anything you have to play alot. Two decent wins might give you 1500 points. 10 - 18 place finishes will get you 100 - 150 points in big field events.

so i guess the strategy is play as many as possible and hope you are lucky that week.

Other option is wining the million and just cashing in a few others.
