most places don't have a 4 bet cap headsup. Do we fold to a 5 bet?

FYI, there was no 4 bet cap. I should have added that to my original post.

I like to call the 3 bet and raise the river. Gives you all the joy but none of the pain. Your hand is very vulnerable and you have no fold equity after he 3 bets the turn. Your hand can easily go from strong to close to worthless. In addition, your river raise will very rarely face a reraise form a worse hand. (not saying I can fold but I should) i.e. even a hand like top two will usually slow down.

Schneids posted a recent 200/400 hand with similar line used for bottom 2.
