Re: Matt Lessinger - book of bluffs
Yeah it's pretty good. A nice way to summarize all the basic bluffs in one place rather than all the ad hoc bluffs mentioned in passing across many books.

Re: Matt Lessinger - book of bluffs
If you can get is through Stars, it's a steal (600? 800 FPP?) Some of the examples given are absurd (getting someone to muck a set of Aces after making a very, very suspicious over bet or having a person fold a straight in a limit stud game with so many people in the pot, there aren't enough cards for everyone), but it helps you to learn how to pick off many of the bluffs listed. I wish the book focused on how to set up a "narrative" for the hand in order to help the reader choose which bluffs are appropriate after what actions.

Re: Matt Lessinger - book of bluffs
It's 800 FPP for a 16$ book. A good ABC's for bluffing, with the additional entertainment hands.
