sportsbook.com poker taking six days on average to answer emails

I have been corresponding with the kind folks at sportsbook poker, and each response back and forth has taken five or six days.

Real basic questions too regarding cashing out and transfering money player to player.

I am loving the site, but they need to step up to the plate.

Anyone else experiencing this kind of lag?

Did you make the subject

"HAVING TROUBLE DEPOSITING"

Then make some stupid question like you can't deposit and ask the other questions in the same email. This is usually what I do and don't have any problems.
