Poker Stars VIP Program Question

Ok I know this has been done before, but I am not smart enough to use the search tool here. With the Stars VIP Program what are the calculations of the rakeback percentages at the different levels.

Say if you are a Platinum memeber what is that equivalent to in rakeback. Same for Supernova, and Supernova Elite.
