Default Full Tilt Sends My Money into Click2pay Limbo

I withdrew 600 dollars from FT today expecting to get a request for a fax of my drivers license and bills to prove my residence so I could get a check sent. Instead I got a message seeming to approve a withdrawal through click2pay:

This is an automated message sent from Full Tilt Poker.

Your Player ID: Rigel***
Date and Time: 2007-02-12 14:08:46
Transfer Number: 00A980DA
Payment Method: Click2Pay
Amount: $600.00

Status: APPROVED

Your withdrawal has been approved. Funds transferred electronically
should be available in your account immediately. Funds sent by check
should be received within 21 business days.

Thank you for playing at Full Tilt Poker.

I checked my click2pay account and sure enough- the 600 dollars is there. The only problem is there's no withdrawal tab for me to have it sent to me. What am I supposed to do now to get my money from click2pay? I called click2pay but no one answered.

Ok, I finally reached click2pay and they said all I can do is send it back to Full Tilt and withdraw through them. The only problem there is when I withdrew it today it sent the money to click2pay. What a cluster-f**k.

Update: I just deposited it back into Full Tilt- thanks for wasting my time FT. They have to know click2pay isn't allowing withdrawals- why bother to send it to them in the first place?

If you have your money back at FT, email cashier@fulltiltpoker.com and let them know that for account xxxxxxxxx, you prefer cash out by check and ask them to confirm receipt of your email. You will now get checks for cash outs.
