Hi. I'm new here and just wanted to say hello before I attempt to make my first post. I have read thru almost all of the stickied material and would very much like to learn more from everyone here. Anyway, here goes...

The only hand that makes sense for the villian to float the flop would be AKc. Preflop, he bet and then called your raise. On the flop he flat called. The board is much too dangerous to flat call with anything other than some sort of big draw. If the villian does have AKc, he is now ahead of you and has multiple outs to improve his hand even farther. I agree with Cs3 that checking and evaluating after his bet/check is appropriate here given the dangerous board.
