what is the best program / site to use to start an online magazine?

If you are talking about more than just a series of web pages, can you provide an example of what you would like it to look like?

Would you have a monthly publication schedule?... or daily updates?

I am looking for different options. Something similar to P5's or perezhilton.com.

Any suggestions/samples for links?

Not sure I would call perezhilton a magazine... at its core, that site is a blog...
