Default TPWK + nut flush draw

Id appreciate some input on the way i played this hand...i feel i should have played this more strongly on the flop given that i have top pair and the flush draw...how should i have played this and what size of bet should i be making?
I should add that the three players involved in the pot have ~$24.50 stack sizes. Button had only just joined the table an orbit earlier so didnt know much about him.

I think I would bet more like 1.5 on the flop and 3 bet if raised. I would bet the turn stronger as well. At least $2

River check is fine as I don't see worse hands calling us.

raise preflop to at least $1

the poster could have anything.
A7s is a good hand to 'steal' the blinds from the cutoff.

Bet more on the flop....at least $1.40

check turn or bet it for realz (at least $2.75)

I really hate limping there after the poster and then calling the raise... If you were going to play I think u should have came in for a raise there, the poster can have anything.

As played - Bet $1.50 on flop, lead again on the turn for like $3.00.

I think the real discussion should be about the river play. Im not really sure what line to take on this river, c/c and c/f are the only two I really like. Because I think that by betting the river no worse hand is ever calling us, and I also think that no worse hand is ever betting the river when checked either, So I guess I think c/f'ing the river is beest.
