Default Bodog/Pokertracker/Dogwatch help requested

I bought the dogwatch license but am still running the demo version of PT. When I click "force import" on PT I get these messages:
"Starting import, 3 files found..."
"Import Finished - 3 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported."

I try to look at my stats but it still shows zero hands.
So it seems to be able to find the hand histories but can't interpret them? Any thoughts on what might be wrong?

bodog sftware is terrible for handgrabbing, its hard enough to just surf 2+2 while playing. The handgrabber has major problems and its constantly crashing. Just wait and maybe something in the future but i wouldnt count on it

Dogwatch forum guy figured it out. I didn't have the box checked for "display flop/turn/river" checked under the "game settings" tab. Another PT nit is born.

Have you had trouble w/ Bodog crashing while you run Dogwatch?

I always read about people having these issues, but Bodog has never crashed on me with or without Dogewatch. It may just be because I only play one table at a time.
