I really enjoyed reading the post, but I don't know how any normal person wouldn't think the CIA stood for the intelligence agency.

Did you get to bang any hot HI chicks or anything? Food and bikes are cool and all, but what about the chicks?

I've known that CIA stands for Culinary Institute of America for like 10 years, long before I started cooking as a hobby.
