Pokersource.com legit?

i ran a search and couldnt find any posts on it and i really need to know so I'm asking, is this pokersource.com thing legit where they give you money and all you have to do to claim the money is play the amount of raked hands or accumulate the points?

I'm thinking about doing the Absolute Poker thing but before I sign up, any red flags I should know about? Is meeting the required hands or points the only catch?
