Default 10/20 standard hand? blind battle

Folded to me in SB. I have 3600 or so, BB covers. I minraise with 88. He calls.

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Pot 80

I bet 80, he calls

Turn: 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Pot 240

I bet 200, he calls

River: 2 or sth
Pot 640

I check, he bets 500, I make it 1500

a) If he shoves, do I fold (probably was going to)?
b) If I bet out and he raises, do I shove?
c) Should I have c/red the turn instead? What if I do and I get raised?

All in all I feel I played it pretty much optimally, save perhaps the minraise pre. But I realize there's a lot of different lines to take in situations like this.

About the small raise, I used to do that all the time, then switched to pot-sized raises, then lately decided to switch back as an experiment. I don't want to minraise most hands but only pot my good ones, so there.

I dont like PF miniraise, no matter what I have.

a) I think you should (of course it depends on your opponent).

b) I wouldnt. On the flop there isnt many other draw than T9 and even I dont know your opponent, I would say he raises set + two pair on the turn. (Btw, I prefer this bet-call)

c) I think your line is fine. If you think BB is gonna bet turn most of the time, CR is better.
