i'm in similiar situation. They sent me an address and told me to send them a money order. I don't think anything will happen if i don't send it, but I don't [censored] with that [censored]. Dealing with creditors is no fun.

Yeah thats what they told me as well, THREE weeks ago-- now I want to send them money and they have ignored my e-mails for 3 weeks, and I try to cacll them on the phone and the automated service hangs up on me EVERY time before connecting me....I just wnat to talk to a human being before I send money becuase I dont want to send a money order and have them lose it or taken by some federal agency becuase they are all f'ed up right now. I also wanted to call and just know how long it will take once they receive the money order until I know theyve processed it.....but how can I send them moeny if they wont even let me talk to a service rep on the phone? Anybody else able to get through to someone?

I owe them $200-$250 from when I did an insta-cash with no money in the bank. They tried collecting for over a year. So I win now, right?

They never sent a debt collection agency after you? Becuase then.....if they do that you sort of HAVE to pay or else your credit is ruined. Guess you got lucky?
