Default mywebatm took money out of my account and gave nothing

i signed up for mywebatm last week and i verified the account. then they take the money out of my bank account and there is nothing on the website that shows it is deposited. i have no TAV number no account number nothing. i email them no reply. someone please let me know if this is standard procedure or what?

Same thing happened to me. I have been waiting close to a week.

No response from customer support, no TAV number, no card number, no number to call.

However, -$212.87 in my bank. Time to get a fraud pack.

I am at the same juncture as you sonofz. They have taken the money out of the account and now it is just a waiting game. You see.......we are the Guinea Pigs since we are first to sign up.

same problem took $112 from my account but still have not credited my WEBATMCARD account nor i have account number or TAV .

1 week and goin .....

I have filed a dispute on that charge ($212). There is no reason to put up with a service like this.

ePassporte is great at this point. Been using it for 2 years and it rocks.
