UFC fans out there might know Mark Coleman...this guy.

10k sounds like a lot, especially for day to day living, but I'm pretty sure everyone has had a 10k day. Think of all the rich foods you eat during the holidays (not to mention the drinks.

FWIW a male hauling weight on an polar expedition can easily expend 10k+ calories a day.
