Is this a fair backing deal?

yea looks fine

if you guys split the winnings 50/50 you'd have to be a 100% ROI player for it to be breakeven for him.

No offense, but if I was the investor I'd want at least 90%.

IMO 65% is waaaay low...

I Really don't see how 90% is fair? I am covering all expenses and providing my time. Also, this is not a full backing deal (I'm putting up my own money too)....not sure if this makes a difference?
