The Taco Bell Challenge
I've thought about this for a while, and figured there was no better place to discuss it than OOT. My friends and I have talked about it on many a Taco Bell visit and there is no clear consensus on the rules of the challenge and/or how doable it is. Here is the rundown:
You must eat every item on the Taco Bell menu within a 24-hour period. The TB website shows around 50 different items, although this does not include chicken and steak versions of items. Some items are listed separately for chicken and steak, such as the Grilled Stuft Burrito and the Chalupa/Gordita Menu Block. I feel eating the chicken and steak GS Burritos are necessary, and possibly also the chalupas and gorditas, although not a beef, chicken and steak of each variety(ie, baja, nacho cheese, supreme....) I'd like to hear others' thoughts on the subject. Is this doable? What should be included? How many #3 Explosive Diarrheas will be logged during the course of the event? Thoughts are much appreciated...and on that note i'm off to eat the new steak taquitos.. |

Re: The Taco Bell Challenge
Why would you do this again?
Might be impossible due to the Taco Salad being way to filling. LLL |

Re: The Taco Bell Challenge
My mom did this when she was pregnant with me. Recall that the Taco Bell menu was far less extensive in '77 than it is now, though they had the "Bell Burger" or whatever it was called, and the Cinnamon Crispas were way tastier than the crappy cinnamon dessert items that they have now.
I popped out about a month early at 8 pounds 13 ounces, and who knows if her diet played a role in that. She'd typically sit down to eat 12 oranges and 6 grapefruits because they told her that fruit was good for the baby. But hrmmm... I think it's pretty easily doable in 24 hours if you can stomach sour cream. I cannot. |

Back in college, me and my friends has a challenge of 200 chicken mcnuggets in 24 hours. Or 500 in 3 days.
No one tried. We were stupid in college. |

Re: The Taco Bell Challenge
are you allowed to make any changes? Like no cheese and sour cream?
If it was just tortilla's, meat, and beans... I think it would be easy |
