epassporte - Time to be Concerned?
I tried to log-in and was prompted with a security question to change my password.
Entered the question - password not sent. Number for epassporte doesn't work and you can't e-mail them unless you sign into your account. I have an account I can't log-in to and no way to contact them. |

They are suppossed to ask me it, not the other way around. Anyway, after about six tries I actually got through to the automated hold line. I was warned on their page however that I would be on hold for a long time. 25 minutes later no connection. So, I will try back this weekend again. |

Okay just successfully logged in. I think they were just locking me out for 24 hours because i was entering the wrong password which is a good thing.

I just received messages that my account was loaded and established on the exact 7th business day. So far all transactions have occurred as stated in Epassporte's FAQ.

Call their sales dept. They took identifying info and customer service sent me a new password within an hour.
