2-4NL (FR) - KK vs good opponent and bad board
8 tabling 400NL Full Ring and villain is on half my tables. Seems pretty good, hasn't shown down anything rediculous, but has a huge flop AF like 14 (over 200 hands though so I dont know if thats significant.
He is like 21/14 over 200 hands, but we havnt tangled other than me calling a raise/folding to c bet or bluff raising a flop (which didnt go past the flop) in position. In the hand, I figured flop check is good sometimes (though I already argued this with a HSNL poster) I suppose I could have raised turn, but I figure with pot my raise = shove and since I think his range is weighted heavily towards PPs I just call, river I had no clue. Comments on all streets appreciated. I also think the fact that I hold the Kc is very important and though about this fact a bit on the turn/river as I acted. Finally, though I havn't played with him a ton, I think he is the type that could cold-call a 3 bet with AA pre(rare at FR) PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $4 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums) saw flop|saw showdown CO ($419.95) Hero ($586.35) SB ($481.90) BB ($344.70) UTG ($884.70) UTG+1 ($398) MP1 ($416.85) MP2 ($376) MP3 ($630.10) Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 3 folds, MP2 raises to $20, 2 folds, Hero raises to $64, 2 folds, MP2 calls $44. Re: 2-4NL (FR) - KK vs good opponent and bad board
Checking this flop is terrible.
As played call river, he doesnt have a better hand enough of the time. I dont htink he shoves AA on this river. |

Am I betting the flop with the intention of calling a CRAI. Id assume so.
Also, what do I beat onthe river. |

Checking this flop is terrible. [/ QUOTE ] Why? Do you bet AK here as well? I think your line is OK. Fold river. |

Re: 2-4NL (FR) - KK vs good opponent and bad board
i would cbet this flop with AK sometimes and sometimes check. I would always bet KK. Does villain have you beat here 70% of the time, I dunno. The only prob is your hand looks like AKcc or QQ and he is still shoving.
