Button ($2.02)
SB ($2.54)
BB ($5.11)
UTG ($5.09)
MP ($3.16)
Hero ($3.50)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG raises to $0.10, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.10, Button calls $0.10, 1 fold, BB calls $0.08.

Flop: ($0.41) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG bets $4.98, Hero ????

I assume the set is always good, board is ugly. No stats, just joined a few rounds ago.

Basically, unless the flop is 765 all of one suit, get allin with a set.

FYP

Pretty much no one plays their big hands fast at these stakes and if they know to play them fast they're not massively overbetting the pot with them like that. This is a donk hand 90%+.

Proper line here is to call, make a note about the villain, and always sit in when you see him at a table.

Never fold a set on the flop at 2NL.

There was a post on Poker Theory recently about a similar situation early in a deep-stacked tournament. That one at least involved some physical tells that made Hero think middle set of fives was behind to top set of kings. (Hero called anyway.) Even so, there's no way he should have folded.

Here - I hope you called.
