Because Neteller will want a copy of your Canadian drivers license and a copy of a utility bill with your Canadian address on it.

[/ QUOTE ]

No. Neteller does not require a Canadian driver's license or passport.

[/ QUOTE ]

They probably recently changed their policy because they do require a governement issued photo.

This is what they wrote:

"Thank you for the email. In order to change your country of residence you will be required to send in some documents. If you could please send a copy of a recent Utility bill as well as a bank statement to addresschange@neteller.com. The documents must be scanned."

No mention of a government ID though.

That is for an address change. You still would need to certify your account with the documents mentioned previously by e-mailing them to to certifyme@neteller.com

Yes that is a me and not a "my"

If anyone feels like paying my utility bill each month I will gladly put it in their name.

No kidding. My hydro, gas & water bills total about $350 per month. I should get rid of at least one of the beer fridges.

This raises two questions:
1.) Would he be able to open a _separate_ CDN Neteller account?
2.) How would he transfer his US$ out even if he got one?

2. NETeller said they will convert the account once it is certified.

1. If you don't have a utility bill you are out of luck. Maybe they will change their line on this. It doesn't seem reasonable. A lease agreement you would think would suffice.

All,

Someone emailing the VIP boss (graham?), telling him that they are moving to Canada asking him how that would affect your NT account would be a good idea.

Tuco.
