I wouldn't lift a finger to defend this shitland for one second. I also wouldn't hesitate to wipe my ass with the flag should I run out of toilet paper.

Default Wynton, WHAT federal criminal law covers playing poker ???

Where is the "Federal" law prohibiting playing online poker ?

The UIGE Act does not prohibit MAKING a deposit or a withdrawal by a player, nor does any Federal law prohibit playing poker online, period.

You're obviously not educated enough to get a rise out of me

I'll proudly continue defending your right to make such inappropriate statements, but know that we have no walls or barbed wire keeping you here...you are welcome to leave at any time if you are dissatisfied. You would definitely not be missed, as this country doesn't cater to cowardly men who talk a big game.

Want to prove you're not all talk??? Please go on down to your local VFW hall and perform the actions you mentioned with the American flag in their presence one evening. I have no doubt you will come to realize quickly that you're not so tough. Semper Fi coward!!!

You sir are a joke. I could give a rats ass about your experiences in Iraq. You are just a sucker with no real skills other than working a $9/hour job for the goverement. You have absolutly no skills to function in the real world, so if the DP don't kill you at least you will have a long career at the Burger King counter.

it's government, not "goverement"
it's absolutely, not "absolutly"

I'm doing just fine in life, but thank you for showing me how educated you are

I never said there was a federal law concerning poker. I merely indicated, in response to someone else, that federal law contains forfeiture provisions generally. So when they do decide to prosecute for a variety of crimes, they have the authority to seek forfeiture as well.

Let me also to you something else numnutz. HR brought me in a bunch of resumes today to sort through as we are hiring a couple of engineers. You guessed it!!! Any person that had military experience, ROTC, army reserve, etc, went straight in the garbage. When your government handouts end you should let your prospective employer know that you are quite the speller, when applying for that deep fryer position.
