Default Eppassporte Fees

Does anyone know the fees that Epassporte charges? I have contacted them a few times with no response. Thanks for your time.

I just set my account up and have yet to receive a withdrawal as it is pending. However, one thing I did find annoying is that even after upgrading to "select" status, I cannot withdrawal via EFT more than $600 at a time. You can upgrade even further, but it would be no more that 1/4 of your balance per day. Otherwise, it's gonna take me at least 4 times to get out my money.

Oh well, it's not like we have a plethora of options.
