Default TPTK 5 way dangerous flop

Live spread limit $1/$1/$2 $4-$200 spread limit anytime $200 cap. I have $220. Players have between $150-$350

1/2 size blinds + $4 rake encourages limpers. EP players often limp premium hands

UTG , MP1, MP3, CO limp for $4, I raise from SB w/AKo to $20. All call. Pot $100.

Flop: A,Q,J, (QJ suited).

Hero?

Spread limit requires a different strategy altogether than either limit or no-limit.

I believe the proper play pre-flop is to make an oversized raise, as AK is a hand that plays better when you make the pot big early, since AK does not rely on implied odds, but high-card and top pair value. AK also hates multi-way pots. I'd probably jam pre-flop, although I've never played spread-limit before.

So they rake $4 for every hand regardless of the pot size?
That's why ppl keep limping?

definitely raise more pf. You want one caller, two max, esp from SB.

As played, damn - that's really really tough. I don't know what to do - just avoid decisions like these by raising more pf.

Blinds $1/$1/$2 but it's $4 to open. $4 rake after the flop but $1 rake before the flop so EP raisers will often only win $3. I have seen UTG and MP1 limp/call QQ, JJ, AK twice. I don't know if they limp KK/AA.

For this reason, I didn't want to hang too much out there PF. I knew UTG needed something to call and MP1 also probably had something decent. I think if UTG folds I would have thinned the field. I'm pretty sure UTG and MP1 invited in the last 2.
