Living in AZ sucks!

Phoenix, Tucson - yes. Hot hot hot.

Flagstaff at 7000 feet is pretty nice. The air is so dry here that when it snows, you never worry about powerlines freezing.

Default Re: Lots of Snow - The Morning After and Snow Fort!

Building a snow fort today with all of the snow. This is the beginning after it settles for a while I will be tunneling into it so the kids will have their own igloo. For reference the top of the pile is above my head and I'm 5'10".

It's been 20 years since i have done this - so much fun though:

A good cross section of the snow:

More pics when the snow fort is done.

Default Snow Fort and Attack Trip Report

The end of my snow report and last set of pictures.

First one is my dog checking out the first bit of the entrance being cleared - he approved!

My son performing the second inspection - he wasn't sure it was to his liking:

Me rescuing the inspector who got stuck in the snow, lost his boot, and starting crying:

Snow attack aftermath:

Orangeheat inside the finished fort!

Hope you enjoyed the pics!
