With the 2 coldcallers and limper who probably is going to call I assume my preflop call is standard.

I will bet on this flop myself.
In this case you have at least fold equity.
I wont call this bet on the flop OOP, cause I dont think you have proper implied odds in this case, in position I will call.

Fold flop, you only have 6 clean outs.

pre is mediocre

flop is a fold because of spades and outs might be tainted, as well as scary for overpairs

Can you elaborate on this? I call with T9s here everytime given the action thus far. I'm OOP, but its multiway and if I don't hit I just fold. Is calling here really a leak?

If you want FE u should CRAI on flop. You don't wanna bet and have overpair or even FD move in on you.

I do not think flush draw will make a raise against 3 players, ovepairs are not really likely, and even if they are they wont raise you all the time.
I dont think check-raise allin is a good idea against unknown, who may easy call you with AJo, feeling pot commited.
Also in this case flush draw will have almost 1:2 on a call, that are breakeven odds to hit flush by the river.
