Anyone having UB withdrawal problems?
I attempted to withdraw from UB and I get a page saying:
"Your customer information was not found within our Cashier system. This can occur if you have never successfully completed a deposit online or over the phone. Please contact Customer Services to complete your request." A few days ago I had the option of requesting a check, but not anymore. Anyone else get this? *tried calling and couldn't get through* |

i wouldn't be too concerned, if everyone is getting it, it seems like an interface problem.
did any of you guys get this message before they added the 'review/cancel payouts' button? |

I requested a check for $2500 on Fri that did not process, then again on Sunday and it did not process. No e-mails, no explanation. Yesterday I log in to request a check again and get the "can't find acct info" message. Sent an e-mail for an explanation, hope I get one.

i withdrew 2500 last week through moneybookers, got it after a few days.

I opened a new account at UB January 30th. I sent my first email to Support on January 31 and 3 since.
I have not yet received a reply. Is that normal for them,? |
