Default PL Omaha Books

Which books are commonly held on peoples top PL Omaha book list?
I am not a totally newbie to the game, but I still have some to learn.

I did a search on Omaha books and found a good amount of Info on the Omaha8 books I want to get, but not too much on PL.

Omaha Poker by Bob Ciaffone is considered the best first read for Pot Limit Omaha.

Some recommend How Good Is Your Pot Limit Omaha by Stewart Rueben, but I didn't like it at all.

Pot Limit & No Limit Poker by both Ciaffone and Rueben would be very helpful as a second read.

Once you read Omaha Poker and PL&NLP and get more playing experience, you can then read the best book available on PLO: Secrets of Professional Pot Limit Omaha by Rolf Slotboom.

Thanks!

I thought Pot limit & No limit poker was about Holdem? Or is there one about holdem too.

EDIT*--
I looked at it again and I didnt realise before it was for more than just Holdem.

I looked at Omaha Poker by Bob Caffoine on Amazon and one of the reviews said, if you arent new to poker in general you might be a little disapointed in that book? I am not new to poker, I have read 8-9 books on HE and I have glimpsed through sections of Omaha, and Razz in different books.

As I said I am not a newbie to the game, just not as experienced as I am in HE, with that being said is there any changes to your recommendations?

Be aware that PLO is a little different in Europe than it is here. In the states it's a "high rollers" game that usually goes only as side action for a tournament. In Europe it's much more common or so everyone says. SO there's probably a need for a pure intro text. Ciaffoine's Pot Limit & No Limit book is his more advanced text. I'm reading it now and will eventually have opinions to post.

I really don't like the Ciaffone books as they don't contain much information. It's basically a 10 page primer on every Omaha variation with a small quiz to follow.

Slotboom's book is the recommended reading for PLO.
