Would someone like to form some sort of private group to get this moving?

Also, has anyone ever tried contacting Digital Gaming Network? I'm not sure what distinction there is between this group and FutureBet, but it might be worth considering them as well. I think we want to make a situation where FB/Pokes/DGN has a choice between quickly paying all outstanding debts and going out of business. Right now there is no reason for them to hurry payments - they can do so at their leisure - I want them to be firing people and selling assets if necessary for fear that if they don't they'll lose everything..

I created the google group:
http://groups.google.com/group/pokesplayers

After you sign up it may take up to a day for me to approve you. As soon as some trusted 2+2ers join I'll add them as moderators and new signups will go faster.

I've set the group preferences to be "private" in the sense that only members can read or post. This will also keep the messages from being indexed by search engines.

Once you sign up you can participate either by Web or Email. You can go to the "Edit my membership" link to set your preferences.

One nice feature of google groups is that it has a file upload area. We could keep a spreadsheet there listing the current status of people's cashout requests, for example, or documents tracking any legal action we may decide to take.

The Bundle of Sticks

An old man on the point of death summoned his sons around him to give them some parting advice. He ordered his servants to bring in a bundle of sticks, and said to his eldest son: "Break it." The son strained and strained, but with all his efforts was unable to break the Bundle. The other sons also tried, but none of them was successful. "Untie the bundle," said the father, "and each of you take a stick." When they had done so, he called out to them: "Now, break," and each stick was easily broken. "You see my meaning," said their father.

Union gives strength.

I was going to cancel these and start a check or bank wire pending, but I was worried about losing my "place" in the payout line. What do you guys think?

I'm not sure, but I don't think you have a "place". Those few people on Pitch-a-bitch who have been paid didn't seem to be people who had requested cashouts earlier, or for less, or whatever.

Personally, I cancelled my NETeller request and made a new Check request for $2k, after talking to a LiveChat rep who said that was the weekly maximum anyway. But I'm making a parallel effort to get all my money with the "pokesplayers" group I mentioned above.
