Epassporte Problem
When typing in an amount on Pokerstars in the charge amount space under the Epassporte option, I am then taken to an Epassporte log in screen. After typing in my correct information, it says my information is wrong. When I go to epassporte.com and type in my information I am able to get in no problem.
Is Epassporte saying my information is wrong after typing in a deposit amount because they dont want me to deposit? I've emailed Pokerstars and have received nothing but links to their site and have been waiting over 2 weeks for response from Epassporte CS. I've tried calling at least 50 times and have been unable to contact them through the telephone. What do I do? Should I just send Pokerstars a check? |

I had the same problem with Epassporte. I changed the password 3 times and still the same problem. I emailed them and so far no answer after 2 days.

FWIW, your information at PStars and EPP I believe must be the same. You might want to double check that.
