i think it's ok to call this turn bet. You have 4 outs to a full house. and he will probably pay you off with his flush or straight if you hit. also there is the possibility that he is just bluffing a scare card and will not follow through on the end. so i would call and fold to a river bet of 100 or more chips unless i improve.
