If you play AA in this way postflop, I think folding it preflop would be EV+.

I wanted to see the turn card and vilain reaction before to decide if my hand was good.
I tought the 9 was an awful card as there are a lot of hands he would have just called preflop that would have hit two pairs or a straight

I think I would have 3 bet the flop up to $35 or $40. Probably folding to a 4 bet shove or turn open shove. The re-reraise helps define the hand. If he keeps going we pretty much know we're beat, thus removing the uncertainly of the current line.
