Anyone who is highly intelligent, with great emotional and money management skills can do this provided he is willing to put in in the time. This is also assuming that person with those skills is willing to forgoe more lucrative, (and less stigmatized) non poker opportunities.

Pretty sure you dont need great emotional and money management skills to be a great player. They probably do help but i can think of a few examples of great players without 1 or the other of these and as such they obviously are not actually necessities.
