Ripped off by HollywoodPoker?

HollywoodPoker/OnGame suffers major network problems(again) and messed up the latest rakeback payment(everyone received twice the amount). Today they tried to correct their error and I found a withdrawal in my transaction history of half the latest payment($550 in my case). OK, fine by me.
But they took the whole $1100(yesterday I ended my session with $4500, today I logged in and only had $3400 - I'm absolutely sure with those numbers).
I already talked to the support and it seems they don't believe me and I'm a little scared my money is gone forever.
Anyone else having such problems with HP the last few days?

I just double checked my transaction history for the last 6 weeks and my Pokertracker DB - just to be sure. There are definitively $550 missing.

please tell me this wasn't just a typo and the promo actually is the "Walk fo' Fame"...
