Default Re: Bodog 2 pt conversion prop - No action?

FWIW the second link i gave has updated to 2/3 PATs made for the Colts now where it initially said 2/2.

Not sure if it will make you feel any better but I think they're now right by the letter of the law they gave.

Hideous rules, and any half decent book would pay you out anyway, but I think they now have an actual case.

Very interesting.

You gotta keep bothering them.

When the Padres won the NL West, I wanted to be paid off at 8-1 for my bet. The Paradise sportsbook at the time said they would pay all division crown winning bets at the end of the postseason.

I kept bothering them, saying the division regular season is over, and that was what I bet on, not the playoffs.

They paid me, then a couple days later, closed to US residents and cancelled everyone else's bets, but I was one of the few to get paid because I bothered them.

Good luck!

At every other book (GREEK, CRIS, Cascade) that I've seen props on "will there be a conversion" are NO and "will there be a conversion attempt" are YES.

Apparently I'm caught in a prop betting nightmare (for both the books and players)...

The following books have graded their props as if it was a failed 2pt conversion attempt:

Greek
CRIS
Cascade
Betfair
ABC
InstantAction
Bestline

Feel free to add to the list as necessary. How can Bodog think differently? Are they interpreting the rules in the way that maximizes profit (minimizes loss)?

According to Wil at TheRx, who contacted them on my behalf, they decided to honor "no" bets on it as it was a 2 point conversion attempt.

When i get paid, I'll be glad that this has worked out. I'm never betting props again, though...
